A Supportive Circle for Local Mums

We’re pleased to share that Mums Circle is running again in Term 1, giving local mums the opportunity to take time for themselves in a calm and supportive environment. Due to the wonderful feedback from previous programs, we’ve also secured a larger space this term, meaning more mums can join this supportive group while still maintaining a relaxed and welcoming atmosphere.

Delivered by the amazing Melanie Howlett, this 6-week program is designed to support mum wellbeing through gentle movement, mindfulness and simple self-care practices.

"No yoga experience is needed — everything is guided at an easy, accessible pace. Mums Circle is a mum-focused space, giving participants the chance to slow down, breathe and reconnect with themselves."

Past participants have shared very positive feedback, with many mums saying they felt calmer, more supported and less alone after attending. For many, Mums Circle became a highlight of their week and a valuable time to focus on their own wellbeing.

Please note: this is a mum-focused program and no child minding is available.
