About the Event

The free 2 day Adult Indigenous Art & Cultural  Workshop is facilitated by Worimi artist Jason Russell from Koori Colours Gallery - funded by Port Stephens Council. 

The aim of the program, is to provide a culturally safe environment to connect with culture through art and story. Participants of the workshop will be guided to create their own stories on 90x90cmcanvases - all materials provided.

The program will also have a second component - a community art exhibition of participant artworks will be held at Tomaree Library and Community Centre - on Friday March 3rd 2023.
